As the floristry products are made to order we are unable to offer a returns policy.  However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or telephone so that we can resolve the issue for you.  For all other products we will offer a return and refund or if you are disappointed with the quality of the product or exchange the product if it is damaged.
